"The great thing is, if one can, to stop regarding all the unpleasant things as interruptions in one's 'own' or 'real' life. The truth is, of course, that what one regards as interruptions are precisely one's life." C. S. Lewis

Just wondering....
Anybody out there? i mean, i love to hear myself talk as much as the next guy, but seriously....
I'm here! Just catching up on your summer and fall. I can relate to so much of what you are saying, like in your last post about jumping in rain puddles in college. At least with young kids I can relive some of it, if I don't let the hectic details of life get me down.
Jen, it's so good to hear from you! And i'm glad you're enjoying your kids--i always thought you'd be a fun mom--but you're right about the "hectic details of life"--good way to put that, for sure. That speaks LOUDLY to me! Well said.
Lea Ann, SO COOL about those windows at the church! who woulda thought?? (And who but you would have thought about having a car show in there! LOL Altho, Redwood Chapel here in CV has a car show in their parking lot every year...)
Also thank you for the word lesson--i did not know to call a person's ashes "cremains", even though that is a darn cool word, if you think about it... AND--putting "cremains" in the garden would be a great way to put people together who had issues with each other--"Yep, Aunt Gladys is out there in the garden aaaall mixed up with cousin Florence who she wouldn't speak to for the last 25 years..." Evil? Perhaps. Justice? Maybe. ;-)
